Use the green tabs above to browse and the "Add to Cart"
buttons adjacent to the products to add a product to your shopping
list. The "View Cart or Checkout" button will take
you to a list of your selections and to a secure page to submit
your order to us. Upon receipt of your order we will apply any
discount or special offers to which you may be entitled. You
will receive a confirmation by email, and your order will be
shipped within three business days.

Shop by phone:
Call us on our Toll Free number, 800 841-6630, 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week. Have your credit card information handy.
We accept Mastercard,Visa and American Express. This toll free
number is our Order Line only. If you have questions about your
order or a previous order, please call between 9:00am and 5:00pm
EST.
If you between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Our Consulting Rosarian
is happy to spend time speaking with you about rose culture.
All we ask is that you pay for the call. We're not always able
to be in the office to take your call, so if there's no answer,
try again later.

Shop by fax:
Fax your order form Toll Free 800 841-6637. Make sure
your order is legible, and include your phone number.

Shop by mail:
Mail the order form to the address on the form.
Be sure and include your check or money order.
Shipping:
Orders received on weekends, holidays, or after 3:00pm EST will be shipped on the next working day.
We will process your order within three business days of its
receipt in our office. Most orders are shipped the same day.
If, for some reason, there is a delay of more than 10 days or
so in getting your merchandise to you, we'll let you know.
Please notice that the Postage and Handling charge (P&H)
is listed for each item ordered and must be added for each item
ordered. For example, if you order 2 quarts of Indicate 5, you
must double the $4.50 Postage and Handling charge. This is the
fairest way to calculate P&H because it's based on weight,
not on the dollar amount of your order. If we did it based on
dollar amount, you'd pay about $60 dollars P&H for one quart
of Avid. Not a good thing.
We ship via U.S. Postal Service or UPS.
Please allow 10 days for delivery. If you have not received your
order after 10 days, call us at 800 841-6630 between 9:00am and
5:00pm EST. We cannot ship spray materials outside the United
States.
Returns:
We cannot accept the return of any spray material that has
been opened. We are happy to refund your money on any item, except
spray materials, with which you are less than satisfied. It is
pretty unlikely you'll be unhappy with UltraBoost™, but
if for any reason you are not satisfied, we wil refund your money.
Tax:
Massachusetts residents must add 5% sales tax on all items
except fertilizers and growth stimulants, which are exempt.
